Attorney Edward J. Chiodo
Edward Chiodo grew up in Western Pennsylvania and graduated from the Duquesne University School of Law in 1988. Prior to joining our firm, he worked representing Plaintiffs in cases involving personal injury, products liability, professional negligence, toxic torts, Federal Employers’ Liability Act (FELA), and Workers’ Compensation. He also previously worked as a defense attorney in insurance defense and asbestos cases.
Ed was appointed by the Honorable R. Stanton Wettick, Jr. to the Allegheny County Panel of Special Arbitrators, and has rendered awards in approximately 300 cases. Ed is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Pennsylvania, as well as the Southern District of West Virginia. He is on the Board of Directors of the Mother’s Hope Foundation which provides emotional support and financial assistance to Western Pennsylvania families who have children suffering from cancer.
Mr. Chiodo concentrates his practice at our firm to claims and lawsuits arising from serious injuries, and Workers’ Compensation claims.
